Andrew Garfield Meets Fan Behind Viral “Smash a Laptop on My Tits” Tweet at Glastonbury 2025

Andrew Garfield had a hilariously awkward full-circle moment during a Q&A session at Glastonbury 2025, when he came face-to-face with the fan behind one of the internet’s most unhinged thirst tweets about him: “I want Andrew Garfield to smash a laptop on my tits.”

The interaction took place after a screening of his romantic drama We Live in Time at the Pilton Palais Cinema, where Garfield, 41, spotted the woman in the crowd and nervously addressed the moment that had once left him blushing and giggling in a BuzzFeed Thirst Tweets video from 2021.

“I can’t look at you in the eye,” Garfield joked, recalling how the now-infamous tweet had “got me big” during the viral reading. After confirming the fan gave her “informed consent,” he outed her as the author of the wild request, prompting roaring laughter from the audience.

Garfield quipped: “One of the more creative sex acts I can imagine… I haven’t imagined participating in that — I refuse!” Still, he complimented her creativity and cheekily concluded, “You’re very creative — and sick. You’re sick.”

The Spider-Man: No Way Home and Social Network star has become a reluctant internet heartthrob, frequently going viral for his charisma, wit, and tendency to attract wild fan behavior. Earlier this year, he praised Netflix’s Too Hot to Handle, calling it “horny” and “really good,” and shared onscreen chemistry with Amelia Dimoldenberg in a flirty Chicken Shop Date appearance.

With fans thirsting over him online and in real life, Garfield proves he can handle just about anything — laptops excluded.
